I design systems, but care deeply about

a message from me...
I’ve always been curious about how people think and why they make the decisions they do. What catches our attention. What earns our trust. What makes something feel intuitive, frustrating, meaningful, or worth coming back to. That curiosity is ultimately what led me to experience design.
My career has taken me through business, education, emerging technology, and AI, but people have remained at the center of how I approach the work. I love solving complex problems and designing systems that make them easier to understand - but I don’t believe efficiency is the only measure of a great experience.
Design is also a craft. It can have personality, rhythm, emotion, and a little bit of magic. And as technology becomes more intelligent and capable, I believe those distinctly human qualities matter more - not less.
I want to create technology that earns trust, makes complexity feel clear, and leaves room for curiosity, delight, and wonder.
Useful and beautiful. Intelligent and human. Systems with soul.
What I believe about design...
Five beliefs that shape the way I approach my work—and the experiences I want to put into the world.

Craft Matters
Details aren't decoration. Typography, motion, language, and interaction shape how an experience feels.

Emotion is part of the Experience
People don't experience products as workflows. Frustration, confidence, delight, and uncertainty are part of the design

Leave room for Wonder
Useful doesn't have to mean boring. The best experiences reward curiosity and occasionally surprise us.

Curiosity before Assumptions
The best solutions start by asking better questions—not rushing toward answers.

Preserve our Humanity
Innovation should expand human potential, not erase what makes us human.
